THE EASYMOVE SELLING SERVICE
The simpler way for you to buy a brand new home
and sell your old one. It gives you full market value
for your old property and saves you from all the
things that can waste your time and money like Estate
Agents’ fees, house buying chains and bridging loans.
It can help you move to a more expensive property,
‘move sideways’, or move to a less expensive home.
Best of all, the Service is FREE!
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
1. Reserve your new Lewis home at an early stage of
construction then relax while we get on with selling
your old property.
2. Upon reservation of your new home we will
arrange for an independent professional valuation
of your existing property.
3. Once a realistic selling price has been agreed, the
Agency Selling Agreement is completed and we will
market your property professionally, using all our
marketing skills.
4. Once a buyer has been found, the sale is smoothly
progressed by us and you move into your new
Lewis home. Lewis Homes can do more to achieve
the sale of your property than others.
We will consider a property on its own merits, although we do reserve the right to decide whether or not it is acceptable for the Home Exchange Service. The Service is normally available, within our operating area, on selected properties and selected developments, subject to normal conditions. |
