As well as being a New House Builder, Lewis Homes has a substantial portfolio of quality rental properties. This portfolio has been built up over the last 20 years, where we have gained experience in knowing what tenants want. That is why we have a Company policy of only letting quality properties, at affordable rental values, in good locations and offering a reliable and freindly service.

In return, we only let our properties to, long term, clean, responsible tenants who appreciate these properties.

The relationship works well as some of our tenants have rented properties from us for the last 15 years.

Services we offer

Once the Tenant receives the keys to one of our properties, a member of our staff will show you around the property, explaining how the central heating works etc. You will also be given information on position of stop taps etc.

Also in this information are emergency and non-emergency telephone numbers. Lewis Homes Rentals have tradesmen on call 24/7. The earlier we know there is a problem, the sooner we can repair it.
